  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

  • Certain items (such as clearance products or hygiene-related items) may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping.

  • For other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for quick assistance.
